Building a home in Northern Idaho isn't like building in a subdivision. The terrain is different — wooded hillsides, sloped lots, properties without city utilities — and the details that matter here are specific to this region. We've been building in this area since 1996 and we know what works.

We run the project personally from site prep through final walkthrough. You're not going to be handed off to someone you've never met. When questions come up, you call us directly and we work through it together.

Most kitchen frustrations come down to layout — not enough counter space, the wrong flow, storage that doesn't match how the kitchen is actually used. We talk through all of that before we start drawing anything.

We handle full gut-and-rebuilds and targeted upgrades. Custom cabinetry, stone countertops, island additions, tile, flooring — and we manage the whole job so you're not coordinating between multiple contractors.

A deck in North Idaho needs to handle real winters and real summers. We build with that in mind — proper footings below frost line, materials selected for the climate, and details that hold up over time rather than looking great for one season and falling apart the next.
